Terms of Service

A plain-language summary of the terms governing your use of Antrixis. Enterprise agreements may supersede these terms; contact legal@antrixis.com for a master agreement.

Authorized use only

This is the one that matters most. You may only point Antrixis at domains, systems, and assets you own or are explicitly authorized to assess. You are responsible for having that authorization. Scanning systems without permission may be illegal, and doing so violates these terms.

Acceptable use

  • Don’t use the platform to attack third parties or for any unlawful purpose.
  • Don’t attempt to breach tenant isolation or access another customer’s data.
  • Don’t resell or sublicense the service except under a partner agreement.

Your data

You retain ownership of your data. You grant us the rights needed to operate the service for you. See the Privacy Policy for details.

Service & availability

We work to keep the service available and secure. Specific availability commitments (SLAs) are offered on enterprise plans. Status is published at our status page.

Disclaimers

Antrixis is decision-support, not a guarantee. It surfaces and prioritizes risk; it does not warrant that it finds every issue or that acting on its output prevents all incidents. The service is provided “as is” to the extent permitted by law.

Changes

We may update these terms as the product evolves. Material changes will be communicated, and continued use constitutes acceptance.
